6. Payment Terms

Payments are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected). Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise.

7. Refund & Cancelation Policy

• Refunds: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Refund requests after this period will not be honored.
• Cancelation: You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. You will retain access until the end of your current paid period.
• No Refund for Misuse: If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, you are not eligible for a refund.
• Disputes: You must contact support before initiating any chargeback.

8. Fair Use & Anti-Bot Policy

• Automated use via bots, scripts, scraping tools, or any non-human interaction is strictly prohibited.
• Excessive usage indicating abuse (e.g., unusually high request volume) may lead to immediate suspension or termination.
• We reserve the right to deploy technical measures to detect and prevent automated usage.
• If terminated for violating this policy, no refund will be provided.

9. AI Output Disclaimer

The Service generates content automatically using artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee that the output will be accurate, original, lawful, or error-free. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using the generated content in compliance with applicable laws.

10. Intellectual Property & User Responsibility

• You must have rights to any text or data you upload.
• Do not use generated content in a way that infringes intellectual property or other rights.
• We are not responsible for legal issues arising from your use of generated content.

11. Right to Refuse Service

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe your actions violate these Terms or harm the Service. No refund obligation applies in such cases.

12. Limitations on Unlimited Plans

Even on “unlimited” plans, we may apply technical limits (fair usage thresholds) if usage impacts service stability or performance.
